Telehealth / Online

Adaptive Change Psychology delivers online telehealth therapy using a secure video-conferencing platform.

Funding & Fees

To increase the accessibility of psychological therapy, we keep our fees below the recommended consultation fees set by the Australian Association of Psychologists (AAPi) and Australian Psychological Society (APS). Please submit an enquiry for more details on our current fee schedule.

Clients do not need a referral to access psychological therapy. While clients who self-refer for online psychological therapy are not eligible for rebates through Medicare, they may receive reimbursements from private health insurers.

We currently provide services under the following schemes:
